PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT DETAILS
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is offered a 20 minute Mini Session at Lake Lanier, with a focus on family portraits and kids portraits.Vanns Tavern Park is a cute park right on Lake Lanier that boasts stunning waters edge sunsets, large boulders under shady trees, and beautiful green space leading up to the water. Enjoy a photo session on dry land or frolic on the edge of the water for a more playful session.
LOCATION: Session will take place at Vanns Tavern Park 9300 Vann’s Tavern Rd, Cumming, GA 30041
INCLUSIONS: Five digital images are included in a gallery of 20-30 images to select from. The entire gallery is offered for an additional $100 after the gallery is fully edited. Individual digital image downloads will be available for $15. each.
CANCELLATIONS: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If rain is expected, you will be notified two hours prior to the session to allow for a more accurate forecast. If rain is imminent, a reschedule date will be given.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will need to arrive 5-10 minutes early due allow time to get settled in the location before the session. Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client may obtain prints for personal use and has permission to post digital images publicly on social media or use as marketing material. Photographer requests that images posted online give credit to Sharon The Love Photography.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S USAGE: Sharon The Love Photography may use your images as promotion on social media. Please let me know ahead of your session if you would like for your photos to be kept private.
MODIFICATIONS: Client may not modify images including but not limited to, removing watermarks on images they do not own, color adjustments, significant cropping, and use of photoshop or editing software after final product is sent.
LIABILITY: Sharon The Love Photography is not responsible for any injury that may occur or damage to personal property during the photo session.
PROCESSING: All gallery images will go through post processing touch-ups and fully edited to ensure the best image delivery. Professionally processing of your images may take up to two weeks time.
PAYMENTS: A $215 retainer is due at time of booking and the remaining $100 is due one week prior to your session. Failure to make your final payment will result in a canceled session.
