PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 45 minutes shooting time and 10 digital images in a gallery of 35-45 to select from. Session will take place at Caney Creek Preserve 2755 Caney Road, Cumming A beautiful location with beautiful spacious field, wooded trails, and walking bridge.
CANCELLATION: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will need to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to get situated at the photo location before the session. If arriving for my second, third or fourth slot, please wait at a distance to the side not to distract the family before you. Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Sharon The Love Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S USAGE: Sharon The Love Photography may use your images as promotion on social media. Please let me know ahead of your session if you would like for your session to be kept private.
MODIFICATIONS: Sharon The Love Photography requests that client not change or modify the final images in any way. Including but not limited to: removing watermarks, significant cropping of images, color and brightness changes, or swapping faces and/or adding objects. Please do not screen grab images from gallery cover pages or unauthorized images that have not been pre purchased.
LIABILITY: Sharon The Love Photography is not responsible for any injury that may occur or damage to personal property during the photo session.
PROCESSING: Professional processing of your images may take up to two weeks time.
PETS: Pets are allowed for this session at an additional add-on fee as indicated below. Pet Session Add-on includes a photographer helper.
PAYMENTS: Family Sessions are offered at $490. A $215 retainer is due at time of booking, and the remaining balance of $215 is due one week prior to your session. Failure to make final payment will result in canceled session.
