MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT MINI SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time, and 10 digital images in a gallery of 20-25 to select from. A deposit of $150 is required at time of booking and $165 due four days prior to the photo session. West Milford Farm is located at 7938 Ball Ground Rd, Cumming, GA 30028

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If inclement weather is in the forecast, you will be notified within one hour of he photo session if it has been rescheduled. 

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. If you are late then you will be forfeiting a portion of your session time. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. 

LIABILITY: Sharon The Love Photography is not responsible for any injury that may occur or damage to personal property during the photo session

ATTENDEES: Only members of immediate family are permitted for the photo session. No pets allowed.
